JasmineRi Skin Bar has a strict cancellation, no-show and late policy. I must enforce the policies on all of my clients. I will ask clients to add a credit card on file for the cancellation/no-show and late policies. •24 hrs or More : No Fees, Thank you •Within 24 hrs : 50% of your services will be charged of the total and deposit will be lost. NOT transferable. •NO CALL/NO SHOW : 90% of your services will be charged (you will be banned from online booking) •Deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE, is to secure your date and time, the deposit fee will go towards the total value of your service the day of appointment. It is non transferable, and not refundable. If needing to reschedule please make sure to do it within the studio policy time frame. (Automatic Deposit will be charged) no exceptions: Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Please know if you are running late for your appointment you may be considered a no-show after 10 minutes and if serviced a $10 fee will be applied to total. Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will be charged 50% of the service amount. EXTRA POLICY If have any previous PMU work must send photos of current work and have it approved by artist first before booking. If appointment is booked before getting Pictures/videos of old work approved by artist booking fee will not be refunded or transferable and a 50% cancellation fee of the total service will be charged.
